VCR Effect Illustration Test

As mentioned in my previous post, I thought the VCR filter effect might look interesting on an illustration to create the illusion of a vintage cartoon animation.  I decided to test it out on this cel shaded style portrait.  I think it works a lot better than on the photograph and will be worth trying out on future illustrations designed with the project in mind.
